General refund and cancellation details
1. Will I get a refund if I cancel my ride?
If you decide not to travel, our normal cancellation policy applies:
• Trip, Service and Product purchases are non-refundable. The value of the trip, service or product will be converted to a Trip Credit, Service Credit or Transferable Product Credit™ (depending on the cost) that you can use to buy a future Trip, Service or Product.
Customer check-in requirements:
• If you don't cancel your reservation at least 10 minutes before the trip, service or product original scheduled departure or start time, the value of trip, service or product will automatically be converted to a Trip Credit, Service Credit or Transferable Product Credit. Any Trip, Service or Product credit will be forfeited.
• Government issued photo identification is required at time of check-in.
2. How will receive a method-of-payment refund?
Method-of-payment refunds will generally be made in the same form as the original payment:
• Credit card: Refunds will be processed to the same account no later than seven business days from the date we receive the request.
• Cash: Refunds will be issued by check no later than 20 business days from the date of the request for Trip, Service or Product.
• Uplife® gift card or Uplife Vouchers® : If the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of booking, please contact us. If the reservation is canceled after 24 hours, the Uplife gift card or Uplife Voucher will be refunded as a Trip, Service or Product Credit.
• Trip credit: Uplife trip credit from a previous reservation that is applied toward a booking will be refunded as Transferable Trip Credit.
3. How can I request a refund for unused trip, service or product?
You may request a refund by using the Email Us option on our website or app and submitting the appropriate information.
4. What’s Uplife’s No-Show Policy?

Any Trip, Service or Product credit will be forfeited.
5. What are flight credits and how do they work?
What are Trips, Services and Products Credits?
A Trip, Service or Product credit is a credit from either a canceled Trip, Service or Product purchase that can be used to buy a future Trip, Service or Product.
Will My Credit Expire?
Trip, Service or Product credits don’t expire.
Are Uplife Vouchers Trip, Service or Product Credit.
No. A Uplife Voucher is issued by Uplife® and can be applied toward a future Trip, Service or Product. However, Uplife Vouchers have an expiration date by which a Trip, Service or Product must be booked and used. Additionally, Uplife Vouchers cannot be applied toward government-imposed charges and fees.
How Can I Access My Flight Credit and Check the Balance?
To view your available Trip, Service or Product credits associated with your account, log in to your account, and select “My Account” from the menu options at the top of the page (for desktop). Next, select “Payment” from the menu options within your account. Any available Trip, Service or Product credits associated with your name and account number should be listed.
How Do I Book a Trip, Service or Product with a Credit
You may request a refund by using the Email Us option on our website or app and submitting the appropriate information.
Can Someone Else Use My Flight Credit?
Trips, Service or Products bookings are eligible for a Transferable Credit. Transferable Credit doesn’t allow you to transfer your Trip, Service or Product credit to someone else.
6. Will I Get a Refund if Uplife Cancels my Trip, Service or Product Booking?
If your flight is cancelled by Uplife and you choose to cancel your booking as a result, you are entitled to a refund for the unused trip, service or product – even for non-refundable booking.
You may obtain a refund to the original form of payment by calling 1-786-642-3111. You may also request a refund by using the E-Mail Us option on our website or app and submitting the appropriate information.
If you do not contact us to request a refund following a Uplife-initiated booking cancellation, you will receive a trip, service or product credit that does not expire which can be applied towards future booking as opposed to a refund, but you are entitled to a refund upon request.
7. Other Cancellation and Refund Considerations and Expense Reimbursements
If you were inconvenienced by a booking cancellation or significant booking delay within our control (e.g. mechanical problems, vehicle swap) that resulted in an overnight stay away from home, we will consider reasonable requests for reimbursement of meals, and ground transportation to/from the hotel. We will also consider reasonable requests for reimbursement of meals purchased during booking delays that are within our control of three or more hours and/or Uplife-initiated cancellations that are within our control that result in a wait of three or more hours of a booking.
